This painting is from the long ago, probably painted in the early '90's. Wonder if he is the rejected suitor?

Welcome to my painting world. Here you'll discover the art journey I've enjoyed while experimenting with many kinds of watermedia. In my studio on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio, I offer several weekly Open Studio Group Sessions filled with great info and critiques, as well as weekend workshops occasionally throughout the year. Gorgeous - love the light above the swans in the distance and the main bird's swagger you have achieved as he walks out the painting towards us. You have such a wonderful style to your works.
LOL, he looks a bit disgruntled, but that light is glorious!!!
Happy New Year!
Such a nice painting...I especially like your beautiful background which leads you right to the focal point. The duck has attitude!!!
This is so beautiful! The way you worked with the light in the background and on the swan. Wow.
Have a happy New Year...
Hi. Love the look of the duck. I copied it to my computer so that I can study it. I will delete as soon as I take a closer look. I hope you don't mind. I promise I won't be using it for anything else. I am trying to learn watercolor and have a hard time seeing colors in the white. Trying to "see" what I am missing.
