These are beautiful. Such a variety and such creativity! You really taught them well. Maybe I should give batik another try...
My favorite this time was Amber Michael's "Drink of Water" which I found exquisite! I can't imagine how she planned this one out. I was amazed at the beauty of the itchimatsu paper which was new to me. The tiny squares are wonderful. When are you coming to Florida to teach this winter!!!
So glad you liked their work. They really worked long hours and were so creative in their approaches to the batik idea. Ginny, please consider making some contacts near you to hold a workshop in Florida. I sure wouldn't mind visiting Florida in the winter, especially to share art.
