ROTATE MORE

Here's the new Atelier acrylic abstract painting turned on its side.  Just now I adjusted the color to be closer to the actual painting, too.  Better?

Or upside down?
I like it better these two ways, with the horizontal format being my favorite.  Thanks for your comments, too.  Sure appreciate your taking the time to give your opinion.

This I love! The other orientation did nothing for me. What a difference.

This orientation makes more sense to me, Sandy. I could not see any faces in this painting. My imagination must be on vacation.:( Now it looks like reflections in a pond. It has become a more tranquil piece after flipping, IMO. Either way, I like it.

I like it both ways, Sandy...what a difference though this simple rotation makes...you end up with two very different paintings!

I think I like it better horizontal :) The colors and textures are beautiful! Do you seal these yupo acrylic paintings befor framing?

i really like the perspective and energy of the one below sandy ... turn horizontial it becomes more restful almost looking into a reflection wondering what is above .

I totally agree with Jane's comment about the totally different energy of each direction, but I LOVE it horizontally. It gives a glassy watery look that is serene while setting off the dynamics of the yellow shapes.

Dear Sandy,
In the first work, I see His face and wonder slight letters just above it? Your work gives me inspirations. Thank you for sharing them.
Best wishes, Sadami

Oh! no the Easter piece has much more meaning to me (both into spiritual pieces at present - didn't realise it was the Easter vibes calling me!) Love the idea of the added half hidden text. I think its brilliant as the almost shattered face of Christ.

Oh how I love it rotated. At first glance I really thought it was a puddle on a sidewalk with a yellow home/building reflecting into it!!!
